PERFORMANCE TRAINING

During strength and conditioning sessions you will work to improve strength, power, endurance, agility and more to elevate your play on the court and reduce your injury risk. Your training includes: 

ASSESSMENT

We will start with an assessment to see where you are so we can incorporate the best plan to achieve your goals. 

SPECIFICITY

Sessions will include workouts and exercises specific to the movements, mechanics, and physical demands of basketball. You will work to improve your strength, power, agility, mobility, stability, and endurance. 

CUSTOMIZATION AND PROGRESSION

You will work through a customized program based on your training level, goals, and needs. We will be progressing your training for consistent gains and progress towards your goals. 

RECOVERY

Your program will have proper recovery built in to optimize your body to make progress and prevent overtraining.

(60 Minute Sessions)

1 Session - $55/session

5 Sessions - $53/session

10 Sessions - $50/session

(45 Minute Sessions)

1 Session - $44/session

5 Sessions - $42/session

10 Sessions - $40/session

 

(30 Minute Sessions)

1 Session - $29/session

5 Sessions - $26/session

10 Sessions - $24/session

Training will be done at Siskin Fitness Center in Chattanooga, Tn
